The second chapter of Madeleine features a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
Made in the same winemaking philosophy, it is a perfect symbiosis between the suppleness of the Syrah and the deep structure of the Cabernet Sauvignon.
The result is a complex wine with cherry candy, blackberry, plum, gingerbread and black pepper flavor. It is smooth, round and full bodied.
Dense in texture and well balanced, Madeleine 2006 will please all palates with its lingering chocolate finish.
