The first Madeleine white features a Pinot Blanc from the Monterey appellation.
Crafted to be a "sip-turner", this cuvee has been named "L'Arsouille" [r-suey], slang word for a person who... really likes to enjoy life on the wine side!
Its fruit characteristics are ripe and along the lines of pineapple, golden apple, lemon and white peach. The nose has yeasty and floral characteristics layered over the fruit.
The mouth is full and round. The middle reveals all those flavors discoverd in the nose and the finish is delicately crisp.
